The paired circulation tracts of the four story buildings create the central urbanistic theme within the quarter. By centralizing circulation zones, communication areas are focused and costs are reduced. In addition, large open non-circulation spaces are created. The entrance to the apartments occurs through an energy effective south oriented winter garden. The living space variability is enabled through a central living room.
