The residential project is a high density building in the steep hills outside of Stuttgart. The buildings follow the outside line of the hill to adjust the nature. The outline is chosen to have a maximum of different perspectives within a small range and to get a terrace situation for all inhabitants. The attention is to plan a high flexible building. In every level with about 500 m² floor area is the possibility to improve both small apartments for young people and luxury flats for retired persons. High flexibility is planned to be prepared for the change of small and large units for both, young and disabled persons. This will be the best argument to save resources in the future. The main idea is to improve building with a large service area inside. The height of the rooms is 2.90 m to have more natural light inside and to get the change of high flexibility the building service. The building is prefabricated within concrete reinforced and glass units.
