On the eastern outskirts of Ingolstadt, near the Esso refinery lays the newly declared commercial zone Ingolstadt North-East. The Entrepreneurial Centre is one of the first of its kind built in Bavaria. It was given over to its users after only a year and a half of planning and construction.
